Eligibility

BIFAN Guest office will give all necessary information to guests at guest information desk located at the festival hotels.

June 27 (Thu) & July 5 (Fri)
: 10:00~22:00 @ Koryo Hotel
: 10:00~19:00 @ Polaris Hotel, B-stay Hotel, Theme Park Hotel
- BIFAN Rush (July 6 & 7) : 11:00~18:00

All badges will not be distributed at guest information desk.
Badge desk location: detailed information about the location of the badge desk will be sent in a separate email.
The desk won’t be operating on June 27 (Thu), the Opening night
